Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Homepack Solutions, you agree to these terms. We provide independent services for home appliances.

2. Independent Service Provider

Homepack Solutions is a strictly independent, third-party service and maintenance service. We do NOT hold authorized service center status for any specific appliance brands.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a limited warranty on our service workmanship and any parts we provide, typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. This does not affect any existing manufacturer warranty, though using third-party services may void certain brand warranties.

4. Payments and Cancellation

Payments are due upon completion of the service. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled visit to avoid cancellation fees.
